Teleglass will help you find your preferred autoglass repair or replacement facility and will schedule your appointment for you. Damage to side mirror glass, side and back glass are also handled by Teleglass.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • To report a glass claim, call: 1-800-325-9559

  • A claim number will be assigned and you will be connected with a Teleglass representative

  • You may select a glass replacement specialist of your choice or a Teleglass representative can refer a qualified shop in your area

  • Teleglass National will validate your coverage and notify the designated glass replacement specialist

  • Teleglass CSRs are specially trained to recognize repair opportunities and will work with the shop to effectuate the proper repairs

  • Upon completion, the glass replacement specialist submits an invoice to Teleglass, where the invoice is checked for accuracy and payment processing is initiated
