Your car doors are locked, the car seat is installed properly, you and your children are seat belted, you’re driving with your hands at the recommended 10 and 2 positions on the steering wheel, and your mirrors are adjusted. You smile at the baby in the back and get rolling. A short while into your 2 drive, a rogue piece of metal nicks your windshield. You check your mirrors for nearby cars and pull over to the right and stop at a safe spot on the highway. You’ve done everything right.
The same attention and care and you take in driving, TeleGlass takes in its customers and services. Keep TeleGlass in your phone contacts along with the rest of your emergency numbers. Call us from the nearest rest or donut shop, wherever you are, and we’ll send one of our skilled technicians to restore the integrity of your auto glass. The nick in your auto glass will be injected with a resin-based bonding agent to stop the windshield from further cracking and damage. You will be back on the road in no time!

Saturday was the day. After months of preparations, a pretty hefty remodel, and a thousand details that had to be carefully planned and executed, the auto glass experts at TeleGlass moved to their new home in Bulrington, Massachusetts.
Here’s a photo showing how busy the team was. Or maybe just how steady Rachel is when she takes pictures?

Here’s Joe, our computer and information technology expert. It’s been about 15 days since he’s had a day off. Joe, thanks so much for all your efforts to get us up and running!

I’m the guy with his back to the camera in the dark blue shirt. In this shot, I’m explaining to some of the crew how to assemble everything so we can get back to work as soon as possible.

(Left to Right) Sharon, Sandy, and Mark spent a long day getting everything unpacked and ready to go.

Even with everything going on, the Web site stayed up, keeping the best auto glass experience available on TeleGlass.com.

Ready to walk: Maggie, Manoli, Linda, Jenn, Lori, Alaine, & Kim
Follow up from the Walk Against Hunger post last week: All told, the walk could be considered nothing less than a success. Over 45,000 walkers converged on the streets of Boston, Cambridge, Newton, and Braintree to complete a 20 mile trek in a battle against hunger.
Can you spot the TeleGlass employee?
Manoli – thanks for giving back to the community we serve. We’re proud to have you as part of the team!
We’re looking forward to the next charity walk, which a couple more team members will be joining. Mark, Rachel, and Manoli will all be participating. Look for information about that event here on Seeing Clearly in the coming days.

You may have noticed on our home page on the bottom left a picture of our auto glass call center. We lovingly refer to it as Mission Control. I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about the call center where we process all of your auto glass repair, and auto glass replacement jobs. To start, yes, this is where we actually work, it is not a stock photo, see me? Well, I am a little far away, but that’s me.
