Two Decades in Auto Glass – Sheila O’Toole

Sheila O'TooleTwo decades . . .It sounds so ominous but it’s true.  As of May 2009, I will have spent 19 years in the auto glass industry.   Over the course of my career, I have been asked what drew me to this industry.

Was it the dynamic business culture?  Or the passionate people? Or the drive to provide unbelievable customer service?
