Customer Service

Recently I have had some renovations done to my house. Not anything I wanted to do, but something I had to due thanks to the lousy winter we had in Massachusetts. I was happy to have the work started. We are using a great local contractor called Star Construction. Once the work started, Bob the Builder as I call him noticed some lousy work that was done when the house was framed. Without any questions, he fixed the problem and said it was the right thing to do.

This kind of great service is what we try for here at TeleGlass when it comes to auto glass. Our service providers not only will replace or repair your auto glass when you have a breakage, but they will also help correct any issues that may have occurred from a bad install.

We monitor and track shops progress and keep a keen eye on the feedback from the customers we send to them. We understand that mistakes can happen,  but with a TeleGlass shop you can feel confident that you have a quality service provider doing your replacement and you can feel safe in knowing that if you did have a bad install in the past, our providers can fix you up good as new!

If anybody has not heard this story about a band in the midwest that had their guitars broken by United Airlines then you should watch this video. Millions of viewers on You Tube have already. Not only is it funny, and has a catchy Jingle, but it presents an important lesson about satisfying the customer when something is broken. It doesn’t really make a difference who broke it, or how it was broken. What’s important is that you fix it and stand by the repair or replacement. Or else it can come back to bite you.

At TeleGlass we absolutely stand behind every windshield repair and replacement that we perform throughout the nation. It’s an important business principle if something doesn’t work right or if the customer is not satisfied then it should be fixed. That’s one of the great aspects of what we get to do. We get to fix problems and solve the little but important hassles that drivers face on daily basis. We can handle your auto glass replacement - all it takes is a visit to TeleGlass.com to make an appointment and let’s us fix what’s broken. And we always stand by our auto glass repairs for as long as you own your car.

Who doesn’t love a “great” top ten list? I don’t anticipate this list making you laugh, but I am hoping it makes you think and ask some questions when you need to choose an auto glass company. You can ask ten, but here are the six that I think are most essential when you need to replace or repair your windshield.

It’s a fact, the windshield is an integral part of the safety restraint system (SRS) in your car.  Your seat belt, air bag and windshield work together to keep you safe. When an airbag  first deploys, the initial impact is made against the windshield. This allows the airbags to deploy in the correct position to cushion passengers. Also, due to new design standards in making cars lighter and more efficient, steel pillars and other reinforcements are no longer used. Instead, windshields are designed to keep the roof from crushing inward in case of a rollover, and may prevent you and your family from being ejected in a serious collision. For these reasons and more I have created a top six list of questions in choosing an auto glass company the next time your windshield needs to be replaced. These are questions I ask when I decide whether or not a glass shop is strong enough to become a member of the TeleGlass family of autoglass providers.

You may have noticed on our home page on the bottom left a picture of our auto glass call center. We lovingly refer to it as Mission Control. I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about the call center where we process all of your auto glass repair, and auto glass replacement jobs. To start, yes, this is where we actually work, it is not a stock photo, see me? Well, I am a little far away, but that’s me.

Keeping it local with 10% Shift

Keeping it local with 10% Shift

Do you believe that buying locally improves your economy where it counts the most – in your neighborhood?

Are you the type of consumer that spends their money effectively – getting the best deal possible for superior goods and services?

Do you have a need for a windshield repair or auto glass replacement?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I’m going to go out on a limb and recommend you add TeleGlass National to your bookmarks. I know there’s an apparent breakdown in logic here. The company is “TeleGlass National.” Where does the local guy come in? [click to continue…]
