Streamlined Program Economics

Through smart business practice and watchful program management, TeleGlass strengthens overall program economics. Savings are generated by operational efficiencies and are realized throughout the claim process.

Repair Rates
Repair rates can be negatively impacted by two factors – a failure to accurately identify all repair opportunities, and the pressures from outside forces encouraging replacement over repair. TeleGlass National has in place a trio of initiatives that minimize these negative factors and maximize the number of repair opportunities that are completed as repairs:

  1. Our CSRs are specially trained to recognize repair opportunities.
  2. Licensee glass shops are contractually committed to repair when appropriate.
  3. All in program glass shops must contact the TeleGlass call center to change scheduled repairs to replacements.

In-Program Utilization & National Pricing
All jobs completed by in-program shops are performed at pre-agreed upon nationwide TeleGlass rates. This enables us to offer you a variety of pricing models, customized to best suit your business. Furthermore, the volume of in-program work is increased by TeleGlass’ licensee relationships. Licensees are obligated to send walk-in business back through TeleGlass to be billed at in-program rates.

Fraud Prevention
TeleGlass employs a host of fraud prevention procedures, including the following:

  • Automatic search for duplicate claim numbers and multiple claims from the same customer or VIN number within a set time interval.
  • Invoices checked to confirm that the parts used match the make and model of the vehicle as specified by the VIN.
