Our Licensees
Through its Licensees, TeleGlass is able to ensure policyholders a positive repair experience when they request a shop recommendation. Only those shops with exceptional local reputations are offered Licensee status, and every glass shop that signs on as a Licensee is committed to the terms of the TeleGlass Licensee Agreement. The primary components of the agreement are as follows.
Performance Standards
TeleGlass licensees adhere to a list of performance standards, including those related to: |
- Hours of operation
- Condition of service facilities
- Training & qualification of service technicians |
- Installation practices
- Warranty terms
- Timeliness |
Pre-Negotiated Pricing
Licensees perform work at a pre-agreed upon nationwide TeleGlass rate.
Technological Integration
Through TeleGlass’ proprietary technology, Licensees can integrate directly with the TeleGlass call center. CSRs are able to schedule work directly into the POS systems of these connected shops.
