Automated Scheduling
Using our proprietary technology, the TeleGlass call center schedules jobs directly into the point of sale systems of individual glass shops. FNOL calls are shortened by six minutes on average and an unnecessary call transfer is eliminated.

CSR Glass Expertise
Every TeleGlass CSR possesses the knowledge to speak intelligently with glass shops about any issue, as well as the experience to resolve unforeseen complications expeditiously.
