A. TeleGlass is a National provider of autoglass services for the Insurance Industry.

Q. Tell me about your Licensee System?
A. Our Licensee autoglass shops consist of quality metro and regional autoglass providers. They adhere to strict quality standards, such as technology investments and a sales support marketing team.

Q. Are all your shops Licensees?
A. No.  We have many additional shops in our Affiliate Program, geographically covering the United States.

Q. What about your geographic coverage?
A. TeleGlass provides national coverage through our system of Licensee shops and Affiliates. The number is currently in excess of 6000 autoglass providers, which allows us complete coverage.

Q. How do you handle a loss notice?
A. Either Internet reporting, or through our sophisticated Call Service Center using state-of-the-art technology, which includes customized scripting and pop-up screens.
