TeleGlass’ Policyholder Portal is a window through which we can provide your policyholders with the most timely glass claim service when and where they want it. It is the ultimate solution to a problem cited by 41% percent of policyholders nationwide – timely communication of claim status. The portal interface allows your policyholders to check on the status of their glass job at any time from any web-connect computer. Pending jobs display information verifying the appointment date and time, jobs in-progress have their precise current status listed, and finished jobs show completion date and time.
The portal serves four primary functions:
- Glass shop lookup
Policyholders feel a greater sense of empowerment, as they are able to search for a glass shop online.
- Glass replacement appointment request
Appointment requests are received by the TeleGlass staff via email, and follow-up calls are places as soon as possible to collect any addition first notice of loss data.
- Glass job status check
Policyholders can confirm their appointment time, check the status of a repair in progress or confirm the completion of a repair.
