During the initial setup of a new auto glass program, there are three primary interactions between TeleGlass and your staff or systems that must be defined. Our team maintains a working knowledge of all technologies available for the transmission of policyholder data and invoice information in order to offer you the greatest variety of connection options.

Policyholder transfer / connection method
TeleGlass has experience with all call-connect methods. We also offer online appointment request and policyholder callback as an option for all clients.

Coverage Verification
The TeleGlass team has the resources and know-how to implement a sophisticated coverage verification system with your staff. However, we are completely flexible as to the degree of integration and automation. TeleGlass is experienced with everything from manual verification to seamless computer-to-computer data transfer.

Invoice Transmission
TeleGlass customizes our invoice transmission method to your needs. Invoices can be submitted via electronic methods or by mail.
