TeleGlass National’s most important investment in technology has produced a new method of communication between our call center and the glass shops we work with. The Glass Assignment Transfer Agent, or GATA, adds operational efficiencies for both administrator and glass shop, while making the process simpler, faster and more seamless for your policyholder.

GATA utilizes .NET and XML technologies to create a direct, electronic link between TeleGlass’ order entry system and the point of sale systems of connected glass shops. Through GATA, TeleGlass service reps are able to schedule repair and replacement jobs directly into open slots in the glass shop’s schedule. In addition, the status of all in-progress TeleGlass jobs becomes available to the TeleGlass staff.
