TeleGlass guides policyholders through the glass claim process and helps them to schedule a glass appointment with their shop of choice. Our service reps select the appropriate glass parts for each claim and transmit a complete work order to the glass shop via internet-based electronic transfer, fax or by phone. When the work order is transmitted electronically, through use of our proprietary automated scheduling technology, the policyholder is scheduled for service with no call transfer to the glass shop necessary. Calls handled in this manner can be resolved with zero call transfers.

Repair Fulfillment
TeleGlass does not own any glass shops itself, and we value highly our impartiality. We will always honor policyholder choice, no matter the circumstance. However, for those policyholders with no shop preference, we do help to find them the most timely, professional glass repair or replacement available. A member of the TeleGlass Licensee group, a nationwide collection of premier auto glass service providers, is offered as the recommended repair or replacement solution. TeleGlass Licensees warranty all work to ensure policyholder satisfaction, are contracted to strict performance standards, and bill at a pre-negotiated national rate. As a supplement to the licensee program, TeleGlass offers a list of over 6,000 affiliate glass shops.
