Invoice Review & Payment

TeleGlass offers invoice review and payment for all claims processed through our call center. These services free up your staff to handle more complex claims - those that require their expertise. The review and payment services provided include the following:

• Collect invoices from glass shops performing work
• Confirm that invoices received adhere to agreed upon rates
• Check invoices against original work orders to confirm correct parts were used
• Request corrected invoice from glass shop if either of previous criteria are not met
• Check for fraud by automatically scanning for duplicate claims with same policyholder,
  date of loss, VIN, etc.
• Serve as single billing source by transmitting invoices to your company in batches
• Promptly remit payments to glass shops upon receipt of payment
